IDEA Center C/O - Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd is a private, independently operated skill development and training institute, not affiliated, accredited, or recognized by any educational board, university, UGC, AICTE, or any other government or regulatory authority in the education sector.

2. Definitions
"IDEA Center C/O - Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd" refers to the institution offering training and event-based educational services.
"User/Student/Client" refers to anyone availing services or entering into business with IDEA Center C/O - Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd.
"Services" include all training programs, consulting, production, workshops, and project facilitation.
"Agreement" covers these terms and any signed documents, including enrollment forms, work orders, or contracts.

3. Legal Status
IDEA Center C/O - Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd is a private enterprise registered under Indian commercial laws, functioning as a skill-based learning and event production platform. It does not offer government-recognized degrees or diplomas. All certifications issued are private, non-academic certifications awarded solely by IDEA Center C/O - Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd for skill recognition purposes.

4. Admissions and Enrollment

• Admissions are granted based on merit or on a first-come, first-served basis, in alignment with the specific criteria of each program.
• Applicants are required to submit authentic and verifiable documents.
• Providing false or misleading information may lead to admission cancellation without eligibility for a refund.
• Enrollment at Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd is for skill-based training and does not represent or substitute formal higher education credentials.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fee details are provided during enrollment and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are included or added as mentioned in the invoice.
• Timely fee payment is essential. Late payments may lead to limited access, delayed certification, or necessary follow-up action.
  

6. Attendance and Assessments

• Certification eligibility requires maintaining at least 80% attendance.
• Assessments are project-based and may differ by course; evaluation is at the discretion of Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd.
• Re-evaluation or re-examination is not permitted unless officially approved.

7. Certificate  Disclaimer

• Certificates issued by IDEA Center care of Surbhi skill Pvt Ltd are provided for participation or successful skill-based course completion.
• These are not equivalent to formal academic qualifications and may not be applicable for government job eligibility or higher academic admissions.
• Learners are advised to represent the certification appropriately and not equate it with academic diplomas or degrees.

8. Conduct and Discipline

• Students and partners are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
• Harassment, vandalism, substance misuse, or illegal activities may lead to disciplinary action or legal consequences.
• Proper decorum is required both in digital communications and on campus.
  

9. Use of Media & Intellectual Property

• Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd may use photos, videos, project submissions, or testimonials for marketing and training purposes.
• Students and clients retain ownership of their original work but grant Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd a royalty-free license to publish and promote it for brand purposes.
• All course materials are protected under the Indian Copyright Act of 1957.

10. Collaborations and Third-Party Services

• Any partnership or project with third-party vendors, brands, or clients is conducted under individual agreements.
• Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd is not responsible for employment, internships, or vendor issues arising from third-party interactions.

11. Privacy and Data Use

• Personal data is stored securely and used only for academic, administrative, or placement purposes.
• Data may be shared with placement companies, event collaborators, and sponsors only with consent.
• Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd adheres to the guidelines set forth under the Information Technology Rules, 2011, concerning reasonable security practices and the protection of sensitive personal data or information.

12. Limitations of Services

• All training and services are based on best efforts.
• Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd offers 100% placement assistance, but job placement and success are subject to various external factors.
• Real-world success depends on individual talent, industry response, and external market factors.

13. Force Majeure

Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to:
- Natural disasters
- Legal prohibitions or regulatory changes
- Technological disruptions or pandemics

14. Amendments

Surbhi Skills Pvt Ltd may revise these terms periodically. Updated versions will be made available on the official website or shared via email.
